Our newest residential development is now under construction – The Crossing at Coombs, Canberra.

Canberra-based contractor, PBS Building has broken ground on the site, which will be home to 83 architecturally designed townhouses – each with an emphasis on space and flexibility. Built today but designed for tomorrow, the versatile floorplans feature multipurpose rooms that can double as a home-office, personal gym or second living area.

The homes have also been designed to take advantage of the natural views of the Molonglo corridor, while The Crossing itself will complement and blend with the existing community. The project will also feature open spaces, including shaded barbeque facilities and a children’s playground.

Completion of the project is anticipated in early 2023. A portion of the townhouses will be retained for Defence housing, with the remainder sold on the open market. Off-the-plan sales are anticipated to commence in early 2022. To register your interest in purchasing a property visit www.thecrossingatcoombs.com.au
