Current DHA priority locations

DHA generally seeks to lease properties from investors within 30kms of a Defence Base. However, within these distance limits, DHA has priority locations where we currently require housing for Defence members and their families. 

Properties within these locations are still required to meet DHA's minimum property requirements.

The list of priority locations is regularly updated and subject to change based on current requirements and portfolio changes.
