Senate Order Entity Contracts

Background

On 20 June 2001, the Senate agreed to an Order requiring each Minister to table letters twice a year advising that all relevant entities that they administer have placed lists of contracts for the preceding 12-month period valued at $100,000 or more (GST inclusive) on their website.

As a corporate Commonwealth entity, Defence Housing Australia (DHA) must comply with the Senate Order from 1 July 2017.
