Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is calling for both investors and lessors to share their stories and be a part of the DHA testimonial family.
Much of DHA’s property investment program marketing is based on the true stories of those that have invested in Defence housing, and now this successful formula is being extended to those that direct lease their properties to DHA.
“At DHA we rely on the wider community to help support us as we support Defence members and their families,” DHA Managing Director Peter Howman said.
“An integral part of this is those people who privately own properties, and then lease them to DHA through a private agreement. This gives us flexibility to meet our Defence housing obligations and we are very grateful for lessors who provide us with this option.”
Directly leased properties benefit from all the features of DHA Property Care, and are located in areas across Australia where there is a need for additional properties.
“We want to spread the word about the vital service that lessors are providing to Defence members and their families. But we also want to provide prospective lessors with some insight into what they can expect when leasing their property to us. We believe the best insights come from those that have experienced something first hand.”
