DHA has released a request for proposal (RFP) inviting proposals for the acquisition of land and development and operation of a childcare centre and neighbourhood facilities at Muirhead NT.
Situated on Lee Point Road, Muirhead, the location benefits from three street frontages and has a total site area of 9,761m2, adjoining an additional 5,000m parcel of land designated as a future park.
Currently zoned for commercial development, DHA are seeking to appoint a childcare centre operator or suitable business to provide amenity to the local area, which services around 4,000 people.
