Crimson Hill celebrated a major milestone by welcoming its first residents to the neighbourhood on a sunny afternoon in Lindfield.
The event saw more than 25 residents attend and treated to a special 'High Tea' on the balcony of the Community Centre, overlooking the sportsfield.
Key members of the development and sales team were on hand to answer questions and provide a project update.
DHA Development Manager Peter Shellie said this Christmas will be extra special. 'The new residents are all excited about collecting their keys to their new homes in Hamilton Corner and will be moved in by the New Year.'
