The second release of DHA's residential development, Heartwood at Voyager Point is selling fast with deposits taken on 17 of the 27 land lots released last week.
The remaining 10 land lots, which are available for sale now, range in size from 467sqm to 708sqm. Prices start from $350,000.
Heartwood will consist of 120 generous-sized land lots. DHA will retain 42 lots for Defence members and their families, with the remaining 78 lots to be sold to the open market by Coldwell Banker South West Realty over three stages.
The third and final stage of the development is expected be released before the end of the year.
