28 July 2013 Work starts on Crimson Hill community centre

Bricks are being laid and buildings are starting to appear at DHA’s Crimson Hill residential development in Lindfield NSW. DHA recently began construction of the new community centre at the development which will represent the heart of Crimson Hill in Sydney’s leafy North Shore.

The centre, which is being built by DHA with the support of Ku-ring-gai Council, will be the heart of the masterplanned community. The modern community centre, and state-of-the-art adjoining sports oval, will be a place for residents and visitors to partake or spectate in a range of community-related activities.

The upper level will feature three multi-purpose rooms, a kitchen and associated facilities, while the lower level will feature a change room and storage facility for the new soccer field currently under construction. The field is expected to be completed by the end of 2013 (weather permitting) and will be available for use immediately.

The next major milestone for Crimson Hill will come on Saturday 10 August with the auction of 10 land lots. The land lots range in size from 577sqm to 936sqm in the Hamilton Corner precinct.
