20 January 2016 Last chance to buy at Crimson Hill

Only 11 Crimson Hill properties remain on the market as the sales success of the first Defence Housing Australia (DHA) apartment development continues.

The completed three-bedroom apartments in the Dunstan Grove precinct are the last chance for buyers to claim a property in Crimson Hill. The final apartment in Tubbs View was sold this week.

The apartments, located in Lindfield on Sydney’s North Shore, have proved popular with 299 of the 310 available snapped up by buyers.

DHA Acting Managing Director Jan Mason said the popularity of Crimson Hill was testament to DHA’s vision for the masterplanned estate.

‘Lindfield is traditionally known for its family homes so we wanted to offer people a new way of living,’ she said.

‘Crimson Hill was our first foray into the apartment market and offers a relaxed and peaceful lifestyle that blends bushland living with city convenience. We are glad buyers have wanted to be a part of this unique project.’

The project is spread over six precincts and contains the already completed Hamilton Corner, Dunstan Grove, Tubbs View, Blair Wark Community Centre and Charles Bean Soccer field. Construction of the Shout Ridge precinct, which sold out off the plan, is expected to be finished this year.

Colliers International National Director of Project Marketing, Curtis Field, said Crimson Hill had attracted first home buyers, young families and downsizers who wanted the best of both worlds.

‘Residents are able to reap the benefits of secluded apartment living next to the beautiful Lane Cove National Park while still being close to essential services such as schools, child care, hospitals, cafes and shops,’ he said.

‘This is the last opportunity to snap up brand new apartments in Crimson Hill and join the families who are enjoying modern open-plan living.’
